Choreographer in residency
During 2019 / 2020 Georgia is participating at a choreographic development program initiated by Åben Dans Theater in Roskilde. The work researched and explored during the residency period is Choreography as a decolonizing practice / Decolonization as a choreographic practice.
Everyone we wish you knew
Creation of an online podcast series, which dives into the danish dance environment. The series is produced together with colleague Marie Lykkemark.
Almost the same but not white
An artistic practice-based research project that intents to combine academically the notion of decolonization with a facilitative practice. The outcomes of the project have been presented as a performative lecture in Copenhagen (DDSKS), Helsinki (NOFOD conference) and Nicosia (INTERSPACE program).
